Welcome to Tack Room Heritage. These Terms of Service govern purchases made through our online store and your use of our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under Danish law, EU law, or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

1. Our Products

Tack Room Heritage offers home décor, accessories and related products inspired by equestrian heritage and contemporary Nordic design.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used.

Products made from natural, handmade or hand-finished materials may have slight variations in colour, grain, texture, pattern, dimensions or finish. These variations may be part of the nature and character of the product and are not necessarily defects. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description.

Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Prices

All prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your order.

Prices may vary between countries or markets where this is necessary because of different VAT rates, delivery costs or other legitimate factors.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing or technical error is discovered in relation to your order, we will contact you before processing the affected item.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

Please review your order information carefully before submitting your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].

All orders are subject to product availability.

If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the unavailable item, or we will refund any amount already paid for it.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

For ordinary purchases of physical goods, payment will generally not be captured until the goods are dispatched, in accordance with applicable Danish rules.

Your payment provider may temporarily reserve or authorise the order amount when you place your order.

Different rules may apply where advance payment is legally permitted and reasonably justified, for example for certain products made specifically to a customer's individual specifications. Where relevant, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to the countries shown as available at checkout.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe stated on our website. Delivery estimates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless another delivery period has been specifically agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the time required by applicable consumer law.

Risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

6. Deliveries Outside the EU Customs Territory

For orders delivered outside the EU customs territory, including destinations such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, import VAT, customs duties or handling charges may apply.

Where such charges are not collected by Tack Room Heritage at checkout, they may be charged by the local customs authority or carrier. Any applicable charges will be handled in accordance with the rules applicable to the destination country.

We will make any known additional costs or delivery conditions clear before purchase where required by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to certain legal exceptions.

Detailed information about withdrawals, returns, refunds, return shipping, damaged items and faulty products is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may also exercise your statutory withdrawal right using the electronic withdrawal function available at:

Use of this electronic function is not the only way you may exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products specified by law, including goods made according to the customer's individual specifications or goods that are clearly personalized.

A product is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is produced after an order is received.

Where a product is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, we will provide the relevant information before you complete your purchase.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not what you ordered, or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract, please contact us at mail@tackroomheritage.eu and include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

For consumer purchases covered by Danish law, goods are generally covered by a two-year statutory right to complain about lack of conformity. Consumers elsewhere in the EU are entitled to at least the minimum legal guarantee required under EU law and may have additional rights under applicable national law.

Return costs for a valid claim concerning faulty or non-conforming goods will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including the Tack Room Heritage name, branding, photographs, illustrations, designs, graphics, copy and other original content, belongs to Tack Room Heritage or is used under license.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial material without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Permitted Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful personal and shopping purposes.

You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, misuse its content, use automated methods to extract substantial amounts of content without permission, or use the website in connection with unlawful activity.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party providers including Shopify, payment processors, delivery companies and other service providers.

Where you interact directly with a third-party service, that provider may also apply its own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in this section limits Tack Room Heritage's obligations to you as the seller of goods purchased directly from us.

13. Liability

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights relating to defective products, mandatory consumer protection or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Tack Room Heritage will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was entered into or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to your purchase are normally the version in force when you place your order.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and purchases from Tack Room Heritage are governed by Danish law.

If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of habitual residence.

Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer law.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at mail@tackroomheritage.eu so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint directly, eligible complaints concerning a business established in Denmark may be submitted to:
